Register at the municipality
Everyone must make an appointment with the population register department of the municipality where he/ she will live. This appointment should be made within five days after your arrival in the Netherlands. A provisional proof of registration will be granted, which is need to apply for a residence permit at the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND). When the IND has received your request for a residence permit, they will notify the municipality and complete your registration. At that moment, also a Burger Service Nummer (BSN) will be issued to you. The complete procedure will take a few weeks. We will help you with making an appointment at the municipality.
Apply for a working permits
If you are a non-EU resident or if you are from outside the European Economic Area you need to obtain a residence permits for workers. We assist you with, or take over the complete procedure in getting a valid work permit for your employee(s). We will help you with the application at the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND). The most common procedure is the knowledge migrant procedure (TEV), which will take up to two weeks.

Housing
We assist you with finding a eligible apartment or house. Based on the wishes and requirements of the employer and employee, we will compile a short list of most suitable properties. We will conduct site visits together with your employee. Finally, we will assist you with negotiating and finalizing the rental contract, the utilities and furnishing if needed.
30% tax rule
The 30% reimbursement ruling (better known as the 30% ruling) is a tax advantage for highly skilled migrants moving to the Netherlands for a specific employment role. When the necessary conditions are met, the employer can grant a tax free allowance equivalent to 30% of the gross salary subject to Dutch payroll tax. We will help you with finding out whether you are eligible and help you with the application.
