Chinese President Xi Jinping visits the Netherlands习近平主席出访欧洲第一站：荷兰

President Xi arrived in the Netherlands Saturday for a state visit and the third Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) in the Hague slated for March 24-25. His European tour will also take him to France, Germany and Belgium.

“We have announced to establish an open and pragmatic partnership for comprehensive cooperation, which will give a new defining feature of the bilateral relationship,” said Xi, noting the two sides have signed a series of cooperation documents.

2014/3/22：习近平主席于3月22日抵达荷兰进行国事访问并出席在海牙举办的第三届核安全峰会(NSS)。随后的欧洲之行也包括了法国、德国和比利时。荷兰是习主席此次欧洲之行的第一站，也是中荷建交以来中国国家主席首次访问荷兰。对荷兰来说，中国是非常重要的贸易伙伴。而荷兰是中国在欧盟的第二大贸易伙伴，在全球的第10大贸易伙伴。长期以来中国的发展一直令人印象深刻，特别是中国在农业方面投入巨大。“荷兰是世界上第二大农产品出口国，所以，两国应该继续加强农业合作。”此外，中国在农产品、水资源、创意产业及高科技等领域发展非常迅速，而荷兰在这些领域具有很多创新专长和知识，这为深化合作创造了条件。
